Very knowledgeable, great service, and highly reputable: Vertical Earth does business the way a bike shop should. That's because the owner, a former pro rider, knows a ton about bikes and is a man of his word.
This place is insane i asked for a nice mtb and they recomended an ridged hybrid for 375 dollars without tax. The next day i used it as a mtb and it broke, the bike has elementary handlebars and components which belong on walmart bikes not 400 dollar bikes. During christmas my family went to a bike shop called genesis bycicles and i then got a 1200 dollar bike with mineral liquid brakes that dont seize up after a day out on a trail and with sram components along with being hardtail which has suspension. Also vertical earth has very rediculous hours along with repair times, i gave my broken bike to them for a fix and i took 2 weeks for a tire pop. With my new bike i popped the maxxis tires which are mtb tires which were not on the "mtb" , hybrid bike bertical sold me and they got it back to me within 3 hours. Bottom line get it together Vertical its rediculous.
Bought a Curb BMX bicycle. Owner did not service bicycle properly. Had to go to another shop to have sprocket hub adjusted properly. Not interested in servicing customer. Charged me for gloves that I didn't purchase and lied about it. No integrity. Stay clear of this charlatan. It's a pity they let this guy do business.

Went to the store yesterday to purchase two bikes for myself and my wife. Mark helped us. He explained the different types of bikes and made a recommendation of which one he thinks would be the best option for us. He had so much knowledge to share and was extremely patient and friendly. We purchased a Cannondale and a LIV Giant and love the bikes. Great customer service and will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a bicycle.
