excellent dealership. I have ALWAYS been a true skeptic of being ripped-off by going directly to the dealership for ANY type of service. Ertle Subaru changed that. Of course, every dealership is going to have a markup, but what is peace of mind worth to you? To me, it's worth the little bit of extra cost, I want my car worked on by a professional team - especially for my "Subbie". The service department is excellent, great waiting area with super comfy seating, and free drinks while you wait =)
I've had very good customer service at Ertle Service but today I showed up late for my appointment and they were very busy. Not only did they take care of me with courtesy but they gave me a loaner car that I didn't even ask for.
Nick Graver was a big help over the phone, he helped me with a Subaru Finance issue and we didn't even buy from Ertle. We moved to the area from New Jersey and because of his help, we'll be sure to service with Ertle and hopefully purchase a new Subaru some time soon. Great help and we appreciate the effort! Had an awesome experience at this dealership. Bought an Impreza a little over a year ago. Loved my subaru but wanted to sit higher. Went in and traded in my Impreza for a 2018 forester. Couldn’t be happier. Love that I can drop my car off for service and they will drive me to work. Joe Cap is the best. They truly go above and beyond.
