I love this place. The employees are great, knowledgeable and really quick. They very rarely have the size car I reserve, so I always get a free upgrade which is nice most of the time. The only thing I do not like (and why I didn't give 5 stars) is that you never get a car with a full tank of gas to start your trip like in the past. It takes us almost an hour to get to the rental place, and then we just want to continue on our 7 hour trip, but I always have to stop for gas within an hour or so due to their rules about not having to fill up before you drop off. I hope they change this back again because it's annoying and I mention it every time we rent there. Also, this last rental it was a good thing I pointed out to the rep that one of the front tires looked low, because it certainly was, in addition to both front tires being very worn and needing to be replaced. Got a completely different car. Was well worth the extra 20 minutes that took to have a safe trip. Have rented here many, many times and that was the first snafu, so I'm going to give them a break on that one.

The staff here is extremely friendly and very helpful. I can rent cars anywhere in the area and I will always choose this location no matter what. The employees like to build a relationship with their customers which is one of the many reasons I continue to do business with them. The services they provide are extraordinary.
The staff is very kind, respectful, helpful, courteous and professional. I can't give them enough praise for their hard work and availability. They always go out of there way to make every reservation feel like a wonderful first time experience. God bless them.
