The service is ALWAYS excellent and beyond my exceptions. The staff and Dr. Taormina take their time on me and make me feel at ease. I recommend Serenity to all of my friends and family. I am so happy to be a patient here.
I’ve never felt more comfortable going to a dentist! What would normally be a nerve racking experience seems so far from that! It’s happy and the team seems to love each other which makes you feel as happy as them! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They customize every service so you don’t feel like you do at a dental chain like your just another person. Highly recommend!
Oooooh, the things I could say. I was recently in for a cleaning and it's the same welcoming feel every time. This place and staff have done more for me than they could imagine. They are attentive, kind, patient and caring individuals. The office is amazing and the care is above 5 stars. Pretty much every way I would describe them is fantastic.
As a long time military wife, I've changed dentists many, many times over the years. I've had some excellent dentists however Serenity Dental is the best I've ever encountered. Going to the dentist has always been an unwelcome chore which I did because it's a must for good teeth. Going to Serenity Dental is a pleasure. I actually look forward to it. They're so upbeat and maintain such a festive atmosphere. They go to great lengths to make sure there's no pain nor even any discomfort. They all have a sense of humor so we laugh a lot. It's almost like going to a party every 6 months. My teeth and gums are noticeably better now. I've followed their simple recommendations and they've made a big difference. My whole family now goes there and we all sing their praises. I never thought there was a dentist office that could be described like this, but Serenity Dental is proof it can be done. I recommend everyone go there and find out for themselves. They're in for a pleasant surprise.
I haven’t been to a dentist in over 10 years because like most, I’m not a big fan at all, but I have to admit after being at Serenity Advanced Dental I don’t believe I can say that any longer. Dr. Gregg and his staff get two thumbs. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions that you may have. Very relaxing and comfortable experience.
