The owner of the home we wanted to rent (then changed our minds to buy) will be contacted by me to let her know this office is the soul reason the house has been on the market for 6 months.

Connie Davis is caring and fantastic. She was the realtor for the buyer's side and yet helped me immensely during the closing. I can only imagine how much she helps her own clients if she took such good care of my mom and me. Next time I buy a house in PA she will be my realtor of choice and should be yours too.
I'm leaving this review b/c I just regretfully withdrew my application and I do not believe there is any reconciliation this office can offer for us to be willing to work with them ever again. 1 month total for that office to "receive" the application and payment.
First the secretary couldn't give us the correct person; sent our info. to the home buying individual instead of the rental individual. After 2 weeks & multiple unanswered calls/emails/texts we finally were able to actually see 3 houses.
Do NOT ask for more rentals when you can't handle the rentals you already have!
I dealt with Kimberly Gay and her husband Jerry. They are not trustworthy on any level. They have no trouble looking you in the eye, shaking your hand while lying to you and stealing your money. Real estate is a major purchase and these are not trustworthy people. I recommend that you do not work with these people if you value honesty and integrity. Yes they seem nice but beware they will steal from you.
I would love to go in detail but communication from this office is non-existent and if you actually receive a response it's 3+ days later.
Absolutely pitiful for an office; 1 star is a compliment for this office.
