No matter when I call, I can never, EVER, get anyone to answer the damn phone!
Never return calls, but they want their paperwork immediately
Mailed in everything that they asked for and faxed it, Send me paper work that was due the day after it arrived to me! So they obviously never got it . Not to mention scheduled an interview call and called several days later just to say send the paper work in again. I miss Washington D.C.
