I give 2 because of the nice lady at the desk.
We were at the New Windsor, NY location and as it was the most disgusting place we ever stayed at! There was hair all over the bathroom counter, shower walls and tub. Leftover soap and a half empty shampoo bottle from the previous guest(s) was in the shower as well. The hand towel was caked with make-up. The sheets were never changed and the room was never vacuumed. We demanded a refund and I gave the the front desk person the dirty hand towel. The manager was not there to authorize the refund and has yet to call us back. Other guests staying there had problems with their rooms also. That place should be shut down!
She was able to accommodate a ground room floor. Luckily it was the last one.
Room 104 was very outdated. The room smelled like smoke. I even febreezed it! Hard mattress. Analog only tv. Rusty heater covers, cig burns on sink and soap scum on the bath tub. Smudged mirrors. I appreciate cement buildings now because I could hear the person upstairs walking on the wood floors all hours of the night.
Not worth the 119.00 a night I paid
Was going to stay here, but the front desk woman hung up on me 3 times. Since they're obviously not interested in renting rooms, I went 2 miles up the road to the Super 8. They were very nice.
The stay and room were good for what it was. I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and our daughter. My only major issue was that the last two nights I was there. A woman was banging on our window (we were on the first floor). With a baby, that doesn’t give you the best vibe...
Wonderful clean little place. Couldn't beat the last minute deal on the price. The lady at the front desk even let us check in early to get changed because of foul weather
I had to give this place a star to post but deserves a big fat zero!!!
On a better note the sheets appeared clean.
