This relatively new theater is the only good thing about this mall. One XD theater, which features a slightly larger screen and moee dynamic sound (bring earplugs is you're sensitive).
This is the only theater I've ever been to where it's constantly dirty and there's always a bunch of rude, loud, and obnoxious people in a theatre room and NOBODY is there to supervise and make the experience more comfortable. After revamp, you can hear movies in other theatre rooms, so it's impossible to tune out audience noise + hallway noise. I've tried matinee, day showtimes, and night showtimes-- it's the same poor experience. I'm done trying to give this place a shot. Sadly I won't be coming back. I'd rather pay $10+ at Pocono Cinema where it's always been pleasant. Pocono Cinema has always been community friendly.
Friendly staff, convenient movie times, but there are tons of previews before every movie.
The movie theatre is clean and nice but they don’t answer the phone when trying to call about movies seats
First time going to a cinemark theater was yesterday when I saw no game no life zero loved that movie and I was impressed its clean fancy looking and it even has leather seats two thumbs up for this theater:)
