The people at the front desk are very nice. However whoever sorts the mail and/or delivers it are idiots. I ordered a CD and it came just fine. Then I ordered a cell phone case that was supposed to come the very next day and they said the address was wrong. How can one item come but not the other when they have the exact same address?! Now I have to drive 20 minutes to this place because some one was either too stupid or lazy to,do,their job.
My experiences with this post office have all gone pretty smoothly. The people working behind the counters seem pretty normal (no fake-friendly customer service attitudes, just people doing their jobs) and they always do a good job helping me figure out how to get my mail sent the way I'd like. It's just an ordinary post office.
Staff there is nice but corporate or whoever makes the call on what your delivery vehicles are allowed to drive on, needs a reality check. This PO is located in Pennsylvania. So when it is not possible for a delivery vehicle to drive down my dirt road, with some pot holes, yet FedEx and UPS can, what is USPS good for anyway? I see those big FedEx and UPS box trucks make it down the road all the time, but a JEEP WITH A USPS STICKER on it won't bother; reason why: "our vehicles don't drive down that road". Now I have to figure out a way to get to the PO during the week when I have work. This is the most useless business I have ever seen in my life.

too often mail doesn't even get delivered!! our area is skipped. excuses are it was too dark WHAT?? trucks don't have headlights? there was a new carrier. was he not trained on the route? mail got mixed up before loading the truck. this happens that often? to much mail to all go on the truck for that day. so what happens if the next day has a lot of mail? left behind AGAIN? postmaster needs to be removed! he can't manage his routes correctly at the stroudsburg post office!
