Very disappointed. We have always done back to school shopping at JCPenneys but today we were unable to even access a dressing room. Every room in the store was locked (unused) and we told we had to use the one and only open dressing room in the store that had a line waiting to get in. No explanation as to why customers had to wait vs just unlocking another fitting room. Back to school shopping (at least for us) requires multiple trips to the fitting room and time did not permit standing in line over and over.

BY THE TIME THEY FINALLY GOT BACK TO US THAT THEY WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT, WE HAD CANCELED OUR ORDER. AND INSTEAD OF SENDING US THE BED FOR FREE WHEN ASKED ABOUT IT, THEY GAVE US NOTHING AND COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS THAT THEY CANCELED OUR ORDER.
Employees are always extremely friendly and helpful! The store is a bit dated, but always very clean and well stocked. Prices are excellent and it's never too busy.
This location now sells Sephora products and appliances. This location has a great range of clothing and styles. The set up of the store can be a little confusing, but they have great sales from time to time.
I was disappointed that the only colors they had for men was black and grey & red. There was little variety. The red was nice...so that's what I purchased. Same thing with the dress suits...just black and grey. Prices were good especially with the JCP coupon(s). So overall it wasn't too bad. Store was neat. I like that.
DO NOT SHOP AT ANY JCPENNEY!!! WE ORDERED A GREAT SALE BED FROM THEM, IT WAS OVER A MONTH LATE ON DELIVERY. NUMEROUS CALLS, TWEETS, FB MESSAGES, ETC. WERE IGNORED OR REPLIED TO WITH FORM LETTERS.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO BRING THEM DOWN (EVEN FASTER THAN THEY ARE DOING IT ON THEIR OWN WITH THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE)!!!!!! WARN YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES. HELL, JCP IS SO BAD I WOULD EVEN WARN MY ENEMIES!!!!!
