We bought 4 tires on line to pick up at Strouds store on July 28, 2017 today is August 5 and still no tires. We were emailed that the tires were ready for pick up on the same day. But when we went to the store they did not have them. Spoke to customer service, to auto and no one has any intetest in helping. All they do is blame the store. Not really interested in who is to blame. We bought 4 tires because we need them! Sears is no longer the great quality, customer satisfaction it used to be. We won't be buying from them again.

I will NEVER EVER NEVER EVER DEAL WITH SEARS THERE SERVICE IS AWFUL THERE TECHS. LACK THE KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT THE SAME TECH THAT SHORTED OUT MY HVAC UNIT CAME BACK TO MY HOUSE ,TO DO NOTHING IN MY HOUSE HAD TO OUT SOURCE TO A PRIVATE COMPANY THEY FIXED MY UNIT NO THANKS TO SEARS THEY SUCK IT SUCH A SHAME HOW BAD THEY BECAME...I ADVISE ONLY BUY TOOLS THEY LAY FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT SERVICE CONTRACTS. They cancelled a appointment due to computer issues ,made new appointment showed up 10 hours late . There service contracts and Dept. Is so Bad. Avoid at all cost shop around there are better service.

We lost 4 hrs due to the careless answer and poor customer service. After shopping at s competitor's store on Saturday who could only deliver a refrigerator on Wed, we called Sears and Rob told us that Monday delivery is possible. We drove 45 min each way, spent 45 min selecting a fridge, 20 min waiting for Rob to free up to only find out that it's only Wednesday delivery. We lost half a day of our 2 day vacation with 4 kids due to poor customer service.

I would like to thank you for the courtesy and time you spent in solving my dilemma with the above subject matter. You have eliminated my month of frustration, with your kind offer of replacement on 8/29/2017, resulting from the return of the original saw, having been disassembled. Ironically, the saw was a birthday present (Aug 24) a few years ago, and once again you given me that present over again, I appreciate all that you have done, with that in mind, business is based on how you make your customers feel......and you put me back in that Good Place of feeling Great. Purchased stainless steel refrigerator 14 months ago all doors rusted. Sears does not want to stand behind what they sell hours on the phone trying to resolve now they want to charge me for a technician to come out to see if it's a manufactures defect or not horrible customer service. No wonder they're going out of business.
