Decided to give this Aaron’s a shot and definitely regret it. Placed an order online. Days go by no communication what so ever from them. Had to contact customer service and make them contact me. Turns out they never had any of my info but they surely took my money. Few hours later they found out my info and contacted me saying they were waiting on shipment of the TV when the TV was already there. Had me come in on a Friday to bring my license to finalize my paperwork and since I was going I was hoping to see if I could just take the tv since it was already there. I was denied and was told oh you should of just called us to see you didn’t need to come. BUT they asked me to come? Fast forward to today Monday the 27th of Nov there is a lower price of the Tv.. from 159 a month to 119 a month. SINCE I didn’t get the TV yet I called again to see if they can honor the cheaper price. I was told no they can’t. Which added fuel to the fire so I cancelled. The Aaron’s in TOBYHANNA took care of me with the new pricing and EVEN called me to confirm my order and walk me through there process and didn’t leave me in the dark. The Aaron’s in stroudsburg sucks and I’m pretty sure they are keeping my 79.99 I paid to open the agreement. Disgusting.
