Husband got me a Samsung 8 as a gift. We came here and Amanda Miller was AMAZING!!! Her customer service was excellent. She was so informative, helped us in every aspect with our new phones. We were in the area on vacation. Thank you so Much Amanda, made our process smooth.
Went to Best Buy Christmas Shopping. It was a successful trip and I got what I needed.
This store knowingly conducts and accepts fraudulent payments. Yesterday with a store manager, and additional management staff on duty. The store manager Stephen Colangelo and his team accepted $3,000 in gift cards, paid in CASH by a 90 year old woman. She purchased 2 separate $1500 gift cards, and when she went to buy a 3rd!!! They said they couldn't take another $1500. My innocent grandmother- being manipulated by a scam. It's rather pathetic that your staff lacks the education of social engineering and fraud activity but you will humbly accept $3,000 from a 90 year old woman who's counting money afraid at your counter.
We were in to buy two Samsung Notebooks and the Department Supervisor took GREAT care of us and gave us good solid advice. Later I was back in to get a service agreement on my laptop and that was also a great experience. Last week we had a second home visit from the Geek Squad, who once again sent us John...he was knowlegeable, patient, and courteous. We love the one stop shopping and problem solution provided by this Best Buy!!!!
The store is overall suitable, I usually order my things online for the pick up option. But it would be wrong not to shed light on the great, out-of-the way service I received today. This time I actually went to the location because I was looking to get a new phone and the cell-phone department associate Danny was on point. Was very insightful, and helpful. From the moment I said I was unsure of which carrier was better in the area to him personally syncing the new phone after checkout, he was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews but again, it would wrong not to shed light on that.
