We had a great experience at this Gamestop. We had called a couple other ones in the area to get a Cricket phone set up and they all said they were out of sim cards. Luckily, when we called and spoke to Mary, she actually asked us if we were buying a new phone as the new phones come with sim cards in them already. We drove down and went to this Gamestop, passing two others along the way because we felt like Mary knew what she was talking about.

Mary was very patient in helping us switch our phone number over. She was informative and helpful. By far some of the best service I've received in a long time. I work in the service industry myself and I can certainly appreciate when somebody clearly cares about their job.
